INTERFAITH COALITION AGAINST HUNGER
The Interfaith Coalition Against Hunger is made up of faith communities and individuals committed to feeding Talbot County's hungry. Coalition members currently prepare and deliver weekly lunches to over eighty individuals in need.  Coalition members contribute food items and work together in teams throughout the year, and in conjunction with Asbury United Methodist Church's Soup Kitchen during the winter months. The Coalition also serves Ridgeway House, the Neighborhood Services Center shelter. As more faith communities join our effort, we hope to reach additional persons in need and to prepare and deliver lunches on more than one day per week.

Referrals to the Coalition Against Hunger are currently received from Neighborhood Services Center, The Health Department, and individual faith communities. Additional referrals are solicited and may be made by contacting the Coalition's coordinators, Ralph and Mary Young.
